Braden Houston
PT, DPT & Staff Physical Therapist
Braden grew up in Iowa City, Iowa. While he initially planned to pursue a career in architecture, his path shifted while attending Southeastern Community College after taking an anatomy course and developing an interest in how the body is structured and moves. This experience, combined with his background in sports, led him to pursue a career in physical therapy.
Braden played collegiate baseball at Southeastern Community College and Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina before earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy and Master of Business Administration from Rockhurst University. During his education, he developed a strong foundation in movement analysis, rehabilitation, and patient-centered care.
In his free time, Braden enjoys cooking, hiking, traveling, golfing, playing board games, spending time with family, and trying new restaurants. He is also a dedicated fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes and Chicago sports teams, including the Bears, Cubs, Blackhawks, and Bulls.
